Progress or sign-in problems

Your progress is saved locally even when cloud sync is unavailable. Open Account and choose Sync now after your connection returns. Disconnecting cloud sync does not erase local progress.

Notifications

Daily reminders are available in the installed iPhone and Android apps. If a reminder does not appear, check the app’s notification permission in your device settings.

Community safety

Use Report on an unsafe message and Block to hide an abusive member. For urgent danger or suspected fraud, contact the appropriate local emergency or financial service.

Account deletion

You can permanently delete a connected cloud account from the Account section inside New Oldie.
