Privacy Policy for Clear Arrow
Effective date: August 3, 2026
Breiterman LLC (“Breiterman,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides the Clear Arrow mobile application (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how information is processed when you use the App and the choices available to you.
Information stored locally on your device
Clear Arrow stores game information on your device so that the App can remember your progress and preferences. This may include:
Game progress, completed levels, scores, moves, and hint usage;
App settings, such as haptics, motion, shape-guide, and advertising preferences; and
A locally saved player profile, such as a display name, sign-in provider, or profile details returned when you choose a supported sign-in option.
In the current version of Clear Arrow, this information is stored locally on your device and is not uploaded to servers operated by Breiterman LLC.
If you choose to sign in through Google, Apple, or another identity provider, that provider may process your authentication request under its own privacy policy. The App may receive basic profile information that you authorize the provider to share, such as your name, email address, or provider user identifier. Where used by the current version of the App, that information is saved locally on your device.
Advertising, device, and usage information
Clear Arrow uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) to display and measure advertisements and Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) to manage advertising consent and privacy choices. These services may automatically collect or receive:
Your Internet Protocol (IP) address, which may be used to estimate approximate location;
Device, advertising, app-set, and other identifiers;
App and advertisement interactions, including app launches, taps, ad impressions, and video views;
Diagnostic and performance information, such as loading time, crashes, hangs, and energy usage; and
Advertising consent and privacy choices.
Google and its advertising partners may use this information to provide and measure ads, perform analytics, prevent fraud and abuse, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations. Data transmitted by the Google Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit.
Personalized advertising is used only where permitted and based on your settings, consent choices, and applicable law. Non-personalized or limited ads may still use contextual information and limited device or technical signals.

Information you provide when contacting us
If you contact us, we may receive your email address, the contents of your message, and any information you choose to provide. We use this information to respond to your request, provide support, and maintain appropriate business records.
Information may be used to:
Operate and provide the App;
Save local game progress and settings;
Display, personalize where permitted, and measure advertisements;
Understand App and advertising performance;
Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents;
Respond to support, privacy, or legal requests; and
Comply with applicable law and enforce our rights.
Information may be shared or processed in the following circumstances:
Advertising and consent providers: Google Mobile Ads, Google UMP, and applicable Google advertising partners process advertising, device, usage, consent, diagnostic, and approximate-location information as described above.
Identity providers: If you choose an external sign-in option, the relevant provider processes the authentication request and shares only the profile information you authorize.
Legal and safety purposes: Information may be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, or enforceable government requests, or to protect users, the public, Breiterman LLC, or our rights.
Business transfers: Information under our control may be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to applicable law.
Locally stored game data remains on your device until you reset it using an available in-app control, clear the App’s storage through your device settings, or uninstall the App. Signing out removes the locally saved sign-in session but may not remove all game settings or progress.
Advertising and diagnostic information processed by Google is retained according to Google’s policies and your applicable privacy choices. You can manage personalized advertising and reset or delete your Android advertising ID through your device or Google account settings where those controls are available.
If you contact us, we retain correspondence only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, keep business records, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations.
For privacy questions or deletion assistance concerning information controlled by Breiterman LLC, contact us at legal@breitermanllc.com.
Depending on your device, region, and applicable law, you may be able to:
Choose whether to allow personalized advertising;
Review or change consent choices presented in the App;
Reset or delete your advertising identifier;
Use a guest option instead of an external sign-in method, where available;
Sign out, reset local progress, clear the App’s storage, or uninstall the App; and
Contact us to exercise applicable privacy rights concerning information controlled by Breiterman LLC.
Some advertising or technical processing may continue when personalized advertising is disabled, including processing needed for non-personalized ads, analytics, fraud prevention, security, and legal compliance.
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information. Third-party network transmissions used by the App, including Google advertising services and supported identity providers, use encrypted connections. No security method is completely effective, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Clear Arrow does not knowingly ask children to submit personal information directly to Breiterman LLC. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a child has provided personal information to us, contact legal@breitermanllc.com so that we can review the request and take appropriate action.
Third-party providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Their processing is governed by their privacy terms and applicable data-protection requirements.
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the App, our practices, third-party services, or applicable law. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the effective date. Your continued use of the App after an update means that the revised policy applies to your use from its effective date, to the extent permitted by law.
